First update to itch.io!

Now there's a tutorial. learn the game before being thrown straight off a cliff and into the bowels of hell! There's even a practice mode (hold "`") should the Mom prove overwhelming in battle.

There's even a pause button.

Changes:

- You can now stop time itself ("p")!
- Holding "`" will activate "Practice Mode".
        * The mom can't reach you here!
- There is now a tutorial!
        * The tutorial gets skipped if it has been completed before.
        * It can be replayed by holding "u".
- The mom is less aggressive toward mistakes
        *53.3333% less aggressive, to be exact.
